Fleetshield quality assured
Fleetshield has been accredited as conforming to the quality standards set by the internationally recognised Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001:2000 as our certificate shows. We have chosen to run our business according to the standard's guidelines and to gain accreditation so that you have a measure and assurance of the quality of Fleetshield's service and processes. It shows you that we care about quality and how we achieve it. To obtain our certificate we must: • Define and document the process for fulfilling your order from receipt through to delivery. This process sets and maintains the service and reliability you would expect • Ensure that quality processes apply to those areas of our operation that affect the quality of our service Each year we are audited to ensure we not only comply today, but continually reach the standards required for accreditation. We constantly review our working practices and where we could improve them. Improvements may be identified by reviewing our performance against the standard, internal spot checks on our working practices, or suggestions put forward by employees, customers or suppliers. We have also assigned a Quality Manager whose role is to maintain our quality system and to ensure that our system meets our specified quality objectives.
